How it works
Once we decide on the teams or groups being photographed, we work with you to download basic roster information for each player.
Next we coordinate with you to try to find the best time and location that is most convenient to the players, parents and staff. We can shoot at practically any location: your club field, school, game day park or tournament location (even if it is away). We can also select a practice day, game day or tournament. We can even shoot at night since we utilize enclosed portable studios which have professional strobes. This allows for maximum flexibility in the timing of the photo shoots. No need to worry about poor or changing outdoor lighting conditions.
We then co-develop a message to the parents containing important information about the time and location of the shoot as well as what to bring or wear. The information can be sent via chat or email - whichever method the parents are used to.
Parents can contact us directly with any questions. We strive to take any burden regarding the shoot off of club management.
We make it easy for parents and athletes by enabling them to pre-order prints and merchandise on our secure website. Several variations of indivual and team prints can be ordered as well as custom desinger Memory Mates with his/her portrait, name, number, position along with the team photograph, team logo and colors. In addition, athletes and parents will be able to select a variety of fun merchandise that can have their favorite athlete prominently displayed.
On picture day, we will have staff to assist players and parents in the check-in process as well as guide them through the actual photography. We will have pre-designated poses to make it easier on the models! Order forms will also be available for those last-minute orders. We can take all forms of payment on site.
Photos of each player of the team are individually taken and the entire team is assembled through a composite. We will envision and execute a unique team photo that is stylized to the specific sport that will rival a professional team’s photo. This won’t be a photo of a line of athletes along a chain link fence!!
What if I can’t make it to photo day or I miss my time? NO PROBLEM! We will arrange for make-up photo sessions at a later time. Since we “assemble” our team photos by compositing the individual images, there is no need for the entire team to photographed at the same time. Individual players can also be photographed out of order on picture day. This is also a huge benefit for parents with multiple athletes.
